When my husband and I relocated to Maryland, we were having a lot of trouble finding a suitable rental property. Anita came highly recommended to us and was just as wonderful as promised. In December 2019 I found my dream home. Anita Harding-Green was referred to me by a co-worker who has worked with her in the past and recommended her to other friends as well. I called Anita and immediately she was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and assuring me that we would go see homes right away. Later that same day after our conversation Anita has sent me several listing to go view. Sometime later that night a new listing popped up on my app and I texted her about the listing. I wanted to make sure we would be able to see it since it was so last minute. Anita texted me back that same night and informed me that we were able to go see the house the next day along with the other houses she had on her list. The very first house we went to view was the house that popped up on my app that evening. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew right away this was the one but, I looked at a few other listing just as a back up. After a few more showings I assured my realtor that I wanted the first house we saw and to put the contract in. Anita became my best friend she guided me every step of the way.
